01/19/14 Workout Recap

Thanks for attending today’s practice, even with the reduced lane space due to the meet!  Here’s a recap of the workout completed.  Pictures to follow shortly!  :)

w/u: 200 swim, 3 x 100 pull

PS: 12 x 50’s Kick with board - no fins (3 flutter, 3 tombstone, 3 newspaper, 3 flutter) @:20sR

MS:
10 x 25 underwaters with fins @ :20sR

10 x 25 turn work (start at mid-pool, fast into wall, no breath within flags) @ :20sR

Partner Pulls (one swimmer grabs ankles of 2nd swimmer and is pulled) OR parachute sprints

c/d: 200 choice
