Everyone performed VERY WELL on the Lights Out 50 after practice today.  Way to dig deep when tired!

- 6: Turn in middle of 25/keep swimming
- 6: Burst off wall and fast 3 strokes
- 6: Build to FAST Finish

- 3 @ 1:50 (Level 3) OR 2:00/2:15 (Level 2)
- 3 @ 1:45 (Level 3) OR 1:55/2:10 (Level 2)
- 3 @ 1:40 (Level 3) OR 1:50/2:05 (Level 2)

9 x 50 Freestyle as:
- 3 @ :60 (L3) OR 1:10/1:15 (Level 2)
- 3 @ :55 (L3) OR 1:05/1:10 (Level 2)
