CIRCUIT SUNDAY FUNDAY: All Levels

w/u: 200 choice of swim/drill
       100 choice kick with buoy extended
       200 pull

CIRCUIT #1: KICK W/FINS
13 x 50 Kick w/ fins
L2 - @ :60 OR 1:05
L3 - @:60
L4 - @ :50 OR :55

CIRCUIT #2: DRYLANDS
4 rounds of: 30 crunches
                    10 push-ups
                    :30 plank
                    10 superman stretches (5 each side)

CIRCUIT #3: PULL
6 x 100 PULL (buoy; paddles opt) 
L2 - @ 2:00 OR 2:10
L3 - @1:40/1:45/1:50
L4 - @ 1:20 OR 1:25

CIRCUIT #4: IM SPRINTS
20 x 25 as: 5 rounds of [25 Fly, 25 Back, 25 Breast, 25 Free] - ALL FAST with :15sR in between each round
L2 - @:40 OR :45 (can perform free or one-arm fly)
L3 - @:35
L4 - @:30

CIRCUIT #5: KICK W/O FINS
18 X 25 CHOICE Kick (no fins); with board or streamlined
L2 - @:45 OR :50
L3 - @:40 OR :45
L4 - @:35 OR :40

w/d: 300 swim/scull/dolphin dives

Total: 3000 + Drylands
