100 as 25 “chair scull”/25 free while dragging legs
       
100 IM Drill

PS: 12 x 50 kick w/ fins AND snorkel (if you have one)
If you have snorkel, kick on belly in tight streamline
- If no snorkel, kick on back in tight streamline
1st 4 @ :55/:60/1:05
2nd 4 @ :50/:55/1:00
3rd 4 @ :45/:50/:55


MS: GET READY…….FAST SWIMMING!!!!!!
EVERYONE DOES 3 x 100 @ at least 5:00 EACH (off block, if you wish)
- 4 at a time in HEATS
- **LIGHTS OUT**
