PS: Choose 1 of the BREASTSTROKE drills we did the other day
(noodle arm pull, scull on board, 3/2/1 count glide breast)

10 x 50 @ :10sR - 25 BREAST DRILL/25 freestyle swim

*LACTATE SET* - in heats off the blocks

EVERYONE DOES 5 X 50 BREASTSTROKE ON THE 4:00 OR 5:00
*Take as much rest as you need to “recover” for lights out on every 50
