Workout Recap Catch-Up

Here are the workouts from the past few days; Coach Retta has been BUSY, but loving it! :)

10/10/15 - All Levels
200 swim/200 kick/200 pull

PS: 10 x 50 kick (fins optional) - diff position every 50 @ 1:00 OR 1:10

2 Rounds of the Following:

- 16 x 25 *DRILLS* as 4x through:
1 fly stroke, 3 kick underwater
3-6-3 backstroke
1 breast stroke, 3 kick underwater
3-6-3 freestyle

- 5 x 100 - 25 chair scull/25 sprint free @ :15sR
**When we did this workout on Saturday, due to time constraints, we did the 2nd round of 5x100 as pull

10/08/15 - All Levels
w/u: 500 choice

PS: 10 x 50 as 25 fist/25 free @ :50/:55/1:00

MS: 2 Rounds of the following:
    5 minutes Kick - FINS OPTIONAL (moderate; every 3rd length is ALL OUT)

    5 x 100 pull @ 1:30/1:40/1:50

     8 x 25  free (start from tread; do NOT push off wall) @ :30/:35/:40

c/d: 200 EZ


10/06/15 - All Levels
w/u: 10 minutes choice

PS: 10 x 50 @ :20sR
*With Fins
*Underwater streamlined kick for 25/swim free for 25

MS: 4 Rounds of the Following:

- 200 swim NO WALLS @ :15sR
- 12 x 25 choice @ :40 every 3rd is AFAP
