As a lighter, yet still intense workout, we slapped on some fins for the latter portion of today's swim. The idea in the 5 x 200s is for swimmers to focus on ONE thing during each of their swims - whether it be head position, kicking consistently, rotation, etc.

5 x 200 free with FINS @ 2:45 OR 3:15
12 x 25 kick with FINS @ :30, as 2 fast + 1 EZ
