w/u: 300 free, every 3rd length is scull
        200 IM as 25 drill/25 swim

PS: 
12 x 50 as 25 freestyle drill/25 freestyle swim + :20 HARD KICK on the wall, then take :15sR

MS1: 
8 x 100 pull @ 1:30 OR 1:40 OR 1:50 OR 2:00 w/ rotating fast 25 throughout

MS2:
8 x 75 IM switch @ 1:10 OR 1:20 OR 1:30

10/01/15 - All Levels
w/u: 300 choice swim
        2 x 75 Back (25R, 25L, 25 swim)
        4 x 25 Back as 12.5 scull/12.5 swim


2 Rounds of the following:
12 x 50 freestyle w/ snorkel @ :50 OR :55 OR 1:00
8 x 75 w/ FINS, build swim through the 75 @ 1:10 OR 1:20 OR 1:30
