02/26/15 Workout Recap - STATIONS, EVERYBODY!

STATION DAY!! - ALL LEVELS
**10-MINUTE CHOICE W/UP

We had swimmers perform each "station" for 6 minutes, but this can vary based on number of swimmers and time allotted.  Or, you could perform all stations for a shorter period of time, but 2 or 3 rounds' worth.

LANE 1: PRACTICE STARTS INTO FAST BREAKOUT + FIRST FEW STROKES
Rest as needed in between each

LANE 2: PARACHUTE 50’S @ :15sR

LANE 3: KICKBOARD DIVE-DOWN 50’s @ :10sR

LANE 4: 75’S FREESTYLE BUILD W/ FINS @ 1:05 or 1:15 or 1:25

LANE 5: ANKLE BAND 50’S @ :10sR

LANE 6: VERTICAL KICKING - @:30 HARD!!!! + :30 RELAX
