03/07/15 Workout Recap - No Walls + Sprints

We're continuing on our theme of power, as today's workout requires you to turn WITHOUT touching the wall!  Most swimmers use the flags or the "T" on the bottom of the pool as their sign to turn - literally flip mid-water and then kick like hell to get yourself moving again.  Moving directly into a series of sprints keeps your heart rate a peak level, but still gives you a sufficient rest before the next effort.
