03/25/15 - Levels 3 & 4 
w/u: 200 swim + 200 kick + 200 pull

MS:
10 x 75 streamlined kick on back (FINS Opt) @ 1:15/1:25/1:40
middle 25 is FAST!

10 x 50 free w/buoy only @ :50/1:00
Focus on your CATCH; anchor arm and push the water behind you

10 x 25 FAST Free @ :50
paddles w/ parachute OR band

MS2:
10 x 25 Fly @ :40 OR :45
**Try to keep your stroke under control - FORWARD moving, low breath, RELAXED recovery, up AND down kick
**If you feel you’re losing your stroke, switch to freestyle

c/d: 200 choice
