Tuesday Workout - 03/31/15

Good afternoon, all!  REMINDER, tomorrow is an UN-COACHED practice.  We still have lane space and below is the workout for you.  It's the same workout I did yesterday with the Sylvania Masters, so you can thank Coach Andy of SYL.  :)  Enjoy and see you bright and early on Thursday!

3 x 100 as 75 free+ 25 stroke (:20sR after each 100)

4 x 150 odds Free; events: stroke
 - for each 150, 50 swim/50 fists/50 swim
 - :20sR after each 150

2 Rounds of the following:
3 x 50 kick choice (NO FINS), descend 1-3, :20sR
3 x 100 IM (first 2 drill/last one swim), :20sR

2 Rounds of the following:
200 @ aerobic pace
1 x 50 FAST @ 1:00
