Ok, so earlier this week we took a page from legendary Texas coach Eddie Reese and incorporated some dolphin kick into one of our sets.  Specifically, we were trying to reinforce the hip-to-toe action that your body should be creating by starting from the hips and cracking your body like a whip.  To even further give details on the specific of what makes a productive dolphin kick, check out this terrific piece by the "Your Swim Book" author and author, Olivier Poirier - Leroy.  It is heavily researched, yet simplified to break down the steps needed to be performed to maximize this 5th stroke.  Ready, apply and get better!
