1 - with snorkel (if no snorkel, change up breathing pattern)
2 - no equip freestyle
3 - with snorkel & fins
4 - with fins
5 - snorkel, fins & paddles
6 - fins & paddles
7 - snorkel & paddles
8 - no equip free - FAST

w/d: 4 x 50 as scull down, EZ free back
