05/21/15 Workout Recap - Cut It Up

So all swimmers started today's workout with the same warm-up and pre-sent, but then each could individualize the main set. Levels 3&4 all did 2000 total, but they could determine in which way the yardage was cut.  No one did the 25s....mmmmmmm....may need to save those for later!  

05/21/15 - Levels 3 & 4, Level 2**
w/u: 200 swim/200 kick/200 pull

PS: 25 Fly FAST + 75 Free Moderate @ :10sR
      25 Back FAST + 75 Free Moderate @ :10sR
      25 Breast FAST + 75 Free Moderate @ :10sR
      25 STROKE CHOICE FAST + 75 Free Moderate @ :10sR

MS: Cut it up
Option #1: 80 x 25 as 2 x (20 pull, 20 kick w/ fins) @ :25 OR :30 OR :35 OR :5sR

Option #2: 40 x 50 as 2 x (10 pull, 10 kick w/fins) @ :50 OR 1:00 OR 1:05 OR :10sR

Option #3: 20 x 100 as 2 x (5 pull, 5 kick w/ fins) @ 1:20 OR 1:30 OR 1:40 OR :10sR

Option #4: 10 x 200 as 2 x (3 pull, 2 kick w/ fins) @ 2:40/2:55 OR 3:00/3:15 OR 3:15/3:30 OR :15sR

c/d: 100 EZ

**Level 2 select an option, but do what equals 1200 total (i.e., 30 x 25, 24 x 50, etc.)
