05/23/15 Workout Recap - From Jimmy Parmenter

Thank you to Plantation Swimming's Jimmy Parmenter for this slick workout.  Our team loves using snorkels for head positioning and body positioning reinforcement, so it's nice to have that piece written into the warm-up with some sculling.  The MS1 received the most feedback along the lines of "tough set", but we were all better for it!

05/23/15 - Levels 3 & 4

MS2: 8 rounds of the following:
50 free @ :45 OR :50 OR :55
25 SPRINT CHOICE @ :30 OR :35
