05/28/15 Workout Recap - Feeling Funky

So we played around with equipment, pairing a paddle and fin on opposite hands and feet.  I honestly can't remember where I picked this up from, but am thinking it was Mike Bottom at Club Wolverine Elite.  In our practice, we used the opposite fin/paddle for a couple of different reasons - identifying the difference in feel of the water between the two hands and two feet, identifying which arm/leg drives a swimmer's particular stroke forward, etc.  With just one paddle, not something you want to do frequently (especially with Masters), but the interesting feeling you sense when swimming this way is fantastic feedback.
