05/02/15 Workout Recap - Broken IMs

This was called a "sneaky" workout; meaning, folks looked at it on paper and thought, "hey, 25s, not so bad", until they started in to the 2nd round.  :)  But, that means that they were working those 25s and using them for pace work...including me!  I swam this one with the team on Saturday and it was a solid workout.  I was in a lane that did the 50s kicking on the :50 and our legs and abs certainly felt it towards the end.

05/02/15 - All Levels
w/u: 300 as 50 swim + 25 dolphin dives, repeat
        200 as 25 scull + 25 build free, repeat

PS: 1 x 400 IM, for each 100 - (25 drill/25 swim/25 kick/25 swim)
