06/04/15 - Levels 3 & 4; **Level 2 see note
w/u: 200 swim; 100 kick with fins; 100 as 25 scull/25 choice

PS: 5 x 100 pull (buoy only) @ :15sR
 - Focus on keeping head in neutral position, looking at the bottom of the pool.
 - Also, be sure to rotate forward; drive each hand with the hip rotation.

MS: 
9 x 50 Fly with fins @ 1:15 OR 1:30 as:
1 kick, 1 drill, 1 FAST swim, repeat 

9 x 50 Back (fins opt) @ 1:15 OR 1:30 as:
1 kick, 1 drill, 1 FAST swim, repeat

9 x 50 Breast @ 1:30 OR 1:45 as:
1 kick, 1 drill, 1 FAST swim, repeat

9 x 50 Free (fins opt) @ 1:15 OR 1:30 as:
1 kick, 1 drill, 1  FAST swim, repeat

c/d: 100 nice n' EZ

**Level 2 - same w/u; same PS; MS only do the Back, Breast, Free portion with :15sR after each 50
