07/25/15 & 07/28/15 - Meet Prep

Saturday's workout was a blast!  I swam with the team and enjoyed alternating the swift 25s with the 50 kicks.  I am super proud of the team also, as they really stepped up their intervals and pushed it, especially on round 2.  

Today, our race prep was just focused on "being ready, so we don't have to get ready."

Evens are swim
