08/18/15 Workout Recap - Back to Basics

Welcome back, swimmers!  Hope you all had a relaxing little break!  We'll now kick into gear with short course season, taking the next few weeks to focus on technique.  Today's workout is all about getting your feeling back in the water and just reacquainting yourself with your aerobic pace.  Pretty simple! 

08/18/15 - All Levels
w/u: 10 minute choice; don’t do same thing more than 3 laps in a row

PS: 8 x 25 IMO @ :30/:35/:40
*Level 2 - switch up between back/breast/free @ :10sR after each

MS: Back to Basics; Aerobic Pace that gives you at least :10-:12sR
3 Rounds of the Following:
3 x 100 swim @ 1:25 OR 1:30 OR 1:40 OR 1:45
3 x 100 kick (fins opt.) @ 1:40 OR 1:45 OR 1:50 OR 1:55
3 x 100 pull (padds opt.) @ 1:25 OR 1:30 OR 1:40 OR 1:45
