09/19/15 Workout Recap - "Rocket Man"

So the "Rocket Man" is a take on an exercise I saw from the University of Arizona's Twitter account.  The swimmers in their video turned again upon reaching the wall, but we opted to sprint to a turn, return to wall and work on finishes before getting out, then jumping back in. In future workouts I think I'll up the set to 3 rounds :)

09/19/15 - All Levels
w/u: 300 swim + 300 IM as kick/drill/swim for each leg

PS: 6 x 100 IM @ 1:45 OR 2:00
Odds are DRILL
Evens are SWIM

MS:
*NOTE: “Rocket Man” 25s are as follows - leave the wall, flipturn just past the flags and swim back to wall and GET OUT of pool/jump right back in for :15sR
**If you opt out of getting out of the pool, do 3 streamline launches from bottom of the pool.
