8 x 50 kick w/ fins @ 1:00
- 25 arms at side w/ rotation
- 25 arms perpendicular

Backstroke Work w/ FINS:
- 8 x 25 @ :40 - flutter kick w/ rotation and 1/3 recovery
- 8 x 25 @ :40 - at-hip catch-up
- 8 x 25 @ :40 - Perpendicular Switch
 

5 x 50 backstroke, best technique
