w/u - 400 mix of strokes

8 x 75 @ :15sR, kick w/ board AND FINS
- 25 kick/25 newspaper position kick/25 kick

16 x 25 @ :40, w/ FINS
- Choice of Stroke, minus breaststroke
- 1st has 4 underwater dolphin kicks, then swim, 2nd has 6, 3rd has 8, 4th has 10, repeat

10 x 50 @ 1:00
Odds - catch-up drill on way down/freestyle on way back
Evens - 3-6-3 drill on way down/freestyle on way back

300 pull, buoy only, breathing every 3
