Set #2: 10 x 75 @ 1:15/1:20/1:30, 25 free/25 FAST choice/25 free

100 scull

Set #3: w/ FINS, 5 x 100 @ 1:40/1:50 alternating 25 free/25 FAST KICK

Set #4: 20 x 25 @ :35, as 5 sets of 4, can keep fins on
1st set - 3 EZ, 1 FAST
2nd set - 2 EZ, 2 FAST
3rd set - 1 EZ, 3 FAST
4th set - ALL FAST
5th set - NO FINS, IMO

c/d - 200 EZ
