- hard kick on wall for 5sec, then fire off FAST 25 free at 90%, 2nd 25 at 70%, 3rd 25 at 50%

Set #2 - 16 x 50 @ descending intervals per groups of 4
- 4 @ :55/1:00/1:05
- 4 @ :50/:55/1:00
- 4 @ :45/:50/:55
- 4 @ :40/:45/:50
*Last 4 may be touch and go

Set #3 - 16 x 25 @ descending intervals per groups of 4
- 4 @ :30/:35/:40
- 4 @ :25/:30/:35
- 4 @ :20/:25/:30
- 4 @ :15/:20/:25
*Last 4 may be touch and go
