- BURST off the wall w/ fast underwater/breakout/3 strokes, then remainder of 25 is EZ

MS: Sets of 100's
5 x 100 @ 1:40/1:50/2:00
- 75 moderate freestyle + :05sR at wall + 25 FAST choice

5 x 100 @ 1:40/1:50/2:00
- 7 backstroke arms + 7 freestyle arms, keep repeating

5 x 100 @ 1:40/1:50/2:00 - WITH FINS
- 50 freestyle + 25 fly + 25 freestyle

5 x 100 @ 1:40/1:50/2:00 - WITH FINS
- 25 kick on side + 25 freestyle + 25 kick on side + 25 freestyle

c/d - at least 100 EZ
