Set #1 - 3 rounds of:
4 x 25 breaststroke @ :40
4 x 50 freestyle drill/freestyle by 25 @ 1:00
2 x 100 fast freestyle pull @ 1:30/1:35/1:40

Set #2 - 4 rounds of:
- 4 x 50 @ 1:00, alternating 7 arms freestyle and 3 butterfly strokes
- 1 x 100 EZ
