Workout - 11/27/17

w/u - ~ 10 min. choice

PS: 300 IM as 75 of each stroke, broken down into 25 kick/25 drill/25 swim

MS:
12 x 75 swim @ 1:30
- Your target time for finishing each 75 drops by :05s each repeat. So, all are on the 1:30 cycle, but your time wall-to-wall goes from 1:30 on the first one to 1:25 on the 2nd one, 1:20, 1:15, 1:10, etc. down as far as you can go.
- Say you make your target time of 1:00, but come in on the :57 for your next :55 target time; finis the remaining repeats at the 1:00 target time.
- You can use equipment/mix up strokes as you wich.

12 x 75 kick w/ fins @ 1:30
- Same thing as above, but kicking.
