- 4 w/ buoy @ thighs
- 4 w/ buoy @ knees
- 4 w/ buoy @ ankles

Set #2 - 2-turn 50s @ :15sR (choice of strokes/transitions)

Set #3 - 10 x 100 @ 1:40/1:50/2:00
- mix up stroke/IM/scull/drill/free
- no more than 2 in a row can be the same, but must make same interval for all 10

c/d - 150 dolphin dives/freestyle mix
