Set #1: 8 x 50 kick w/ fins @ :50/:55

Set #2: 
- 3 x 100 as 75 free/25 stroke @ 1:35/1:45/1:55
- 4 x 75 as 50 free/25 stroke @ 1:10/1:15/1:25
- 6 x 50 as 25 free/25 stroke @ :50/:55/1:00

Set #3: 5 x 150 pull @ 2:15/2:25/2:35
- rotating fast 50 for first 3; then 4 & 5 insert fast 50 where you want

c/d - 100 EZ
