Set 2: with fins
- 1 x 75 kick, 1 x 100 IM
- 2 x 75 kick, 1 x 100 IM
- 3 x 75 kick, 1 x 100 IM
- 4 x 75 kick, 1 x 100 IM
*75s @ 1:15/1:20/1:25
*100s @ 1:45/2:00

Set #3: with paddles, 4 rounds of the following:
- 1 x 75 moderate @ 1:20/1:30
- 1 x 50 FAST @ :50/:55
- 1 x 75 moderate @ 1:20/1:30
- 1 x 100 FAST @ 1:35/1:45
