10 x 50 @ 1:00/1:10 as 7 freestyle arms, followed by 3 underwater dolphin kicks; keep repeating

1 x 50 scull feet-first

1 x 300 pull as 50 moderate + 25 fast, repeat

10 x 50 @ 1:00/1:10 as non-free/free by 25

1 x 50 scull feet-first

1 x 300 pull as 50 moderate + 25 fast, repeat
