#1 - wait 5 seconds after pushing off each wall before you start kicking/swimming
#2 - wait 4 seconds "
#3 - wait 3 seconds "
#4 - wait 2 seconds "
#5 - your sweet spot sequence

MS: you can choose between mid-distance OR sprint below.

Mid-distance option:
8 x 200 freestyle /w fins @ 2:50/3:00/3:10/3:20
- Rotating fast 50

Sprint option:
33 x 50 as 11 groups of 3
- 2 moderate @ 1:00 + 1 All You Got @ 1:10

c/d - at least 100 EZ
