IM-Focused Workout - 08/24/17

Although I heard groans from some of the Masters swimmers upon seeing the set, afterwards they were all (mostly! :) glad that they completed it. Some swimmers wore fins on the 2nd round or on the IM portions.

w/u - 10 minutes choice

MS - 2 ROUNDS of the following - 
1  x 200 IM @ 3:30/3:45/4:00
2 x 100 Free @ 1:30/1:40/1:50
4 x 50 IMO @ 1:00/1:10
1 x 50 Scull

1 x 200 Free @ 3:00/3:15/3:30
2 x 100 IM @ 1:45/2:00/2:15
4 x 50 Free @ :50/1:00
1 x 50 Scull

After 2 rounds of the aforementioned, 100-200 EZ
