w/u - 300 freestyle mix of drill/scull/dolphin dives by 25 + 200 free NO WALLS

PS - 12 x 50 freestyle w/ buoy @ :50/:55/1:00
- 4 at thighs
- 4 at knees
- 4 at ankles

12 x 50 choice from middle of the pool to include TWO TURNS @ :15sR

10 x 100 @ 1:35/1:40/1:45/1:50
- Mix up stroke, IM, free, scull, drill, kick
- No more than 2 in a row can be the same
- Must make cycle selected cycle on all 10

c/d - 150 EZ

odds - 25 fists + 75 free
evens - 25 doggy paddle + 75 free

MS - ALL 25s are FAST!!
