Workout 08/29/17 - Lil' Ladder

For the Masters swimmers who wanted a little more mid-distance work, this one's for you! :)

w/u - 200 swim + 200 kick + 200 pull

PS - 4 kick 'suicides'; repeat sequence below 4x with :15sR after each
- FAST to halfway, EZ back
- FAST to far flags, EZ back
- FAST entire 25, EZ back

MS: 2 Rounds; Can use fins on round #2
- 400 free as 100 moderate/200 FAST/100 moderate
- 300 free as 75 moderate/150 FAST/75 moderate
- 200 free as 50 moderate/100 FAST/50 moderate
- 100 free as 25 moderate/50 FAST/25 moderate
