MS1 - 150 as 50 free/50 non-free/50 free
          200 freestyle pull
          150 as 50 free/50 non-free/50 free
          200 freestyle pull
*All of the above are moderate, with :15sR after each

MS2 - 4 Rounds of the following, with FINS:
- 4 x 75 freestyle, descend 1-4 @ 1:10/1:15/1:20
- 4 x 25 FAST, choice @ :30/:35
