Workout 09/22/17 - Broken 100s

w/u - 300 swim choice
         200 rotisserie kick w/ fins (slowly rotate in each angle around 360 degrees throughout the entire 200)

PS: 10 x 50 w/ snorkel @ :15sR
- 25 high-elbow scull/25 build choice

MS1: 8 x 100 free w/ paddles, broken @ 50
- Build 1st 50 freestyle
- Then scull in ball w/ knees into chest for 10 seconds, before self-starting into FAST 30yards, remainder 20y is EZ
- @ 1:40/1:50/2:00

MS2: 4 rounds (fins optional)
- 4 x 25 IMO Drill @ :35
- 1 x 100 IM @ 2:00

c/d - 200 EZ
