w/u - 400 freestyle

Set #1: 12 x 50 @ :55/1:00
- IMO by 3, 2 drill + 1 swim (i.e., #1 & #2 is fly drill, #3 is fly swim; #4/#5 is back drill, #6 back swim)

Set #2: 6 x 200 @ 3:00/3:15/3:00 as 2 rounds of the following:
- 1 x 200 w/ paddles (buoy optional)
- 1 x 200 w/ REVERSED paddles (buoy optional)
- 1 x 200 w/ NO paddles (buoy optional)

Set #3: Kicking w/ PVC Pipes
- 12 x 50 kick in superman position w/ PVC pipe out front @ 1:00/1:05

c/d - 200 swim
