Workout - 09/05/17, Making Things Balanced

Hey, there, swimmers! Today we worked on finding out 'strong' and 'less strong' sides in freestyle. Alternating paddles and fins on one foot/hand or the other can help you identify which side is more dominant and which side may need a little nudge from you in the power department. 

For me, my left side doesn't feel as powerful as my right side, so I am going to try make myself kick a little more pronounced, dig a little more forward with my left shoulder ongoing.

w/u - 400 swim free, but every 4th 25 is non-free

PS: 10 x 50 kick with fins @ :50/:55 *choice of kick/board or no/position

MS: 
8 x 25 @ :35 - 4 w/ paddle on RIGHT hand only, 4 w/ paddle on LEFT hand only
5 x 100 @ 1:35/1:40/1:45 - Paddles ONLY, working on balancing out both arms

8 x 25 @ :30 - 4 w/ fin on RIGHT food only, 4 w/ fin on LEFT foot only
5 x 100 @ 1:30/1:35/1:40 - Fins ONLY, working on balancing out kick between both legs

8 x 25 @ :35 - odds are free/evens are non-free
5 x 100 @ 1:45/1:55 - odds are free/evens are IM
