Welcome Back Workout Cut Short

Congrats to our swimmers who braved a downright frigid practice on Tuesday! In fact, the air temperature was so cold that something 'snapped' in the HVAC, causing the aquatics area to be closed Tuesday. Here is what we were able to get in on Tuesday, between chattering teeth and shivering shoulders. :)

w/u - 10 minutes choice

10 x 25 flutter kick w/ board (no fins) @ :40/:50

1 x 200 + 2 x 100
1 x 300 + 3 x 100
1 x 400 + 4 x 100

Longer distances were pull @ :20sR, while 100s were faster on 1:40/1:45.

This is all we got through before pool closed.
