Workout - 01/04/18

Glad to see a few more faces trickle into 2018! :) Here's what the group threw down this morning.

w/u - 400 mix swim
           300 kick/drill/swim by 25, repeat 4x

Perform the following circuit 3x through; 1st as swim, 2nd as kick (fins opt.) and 3rd as either swim w/ fins or pull. All distances are at :15sR.

1 x 25 FAST
1 x 50 EZ
2 x 25 FAST
1 x 75 EZ
3 x 25 FAST
1 x 100 EZ
4 x 25 FAST
1 x 100 FAST
