Set #1 - 12 x 50 choice @ 1:00, repeating the following:
1. 12.5 FAST, remainder EZ
2. 25 FAST, remainder EZ
3. 37.5 FAST, remainder EZ
4. 50 FAST

Set #2 - 12 x 100 @ 1:45/1:50/2:00, ALL at the same interval
1. IM
2. free pull
3. build free
4. choice
