The Race Club has an excellent demonstration of the “High Elbow” scull drill we often incorporate into our practices (click on arrow in header). Again, this reinforces the overall HIGH ELBOW PULL that we need to be striving for in our regular stroke (as opposed to a “propeller” deep pull). Nathan Adrian is in the beginning of the video and shows a KILLER high elbow pull. Keep in mind for next practice.
