PS: 9 x 75 Free with rotating fast 25 (ie, 1st 25 of 1st 75 is fast, 2nd 25 of 2nd 75 is fast, etc)

L3 @ 1:25 OR 1:30

2 x [300 Pull @ :15sR
10 x 50 Choice @ 80% Effort
